Ask these before you book anyone. Including us.

Headshot booths all look the same on a quote. They are not the same on the floor, and your guests are the ones who find out. Six questions sort it out in one call. Our answers are below, and every one of them is something you can check.

    How many photos does each guest get, and who picks them?

    Ours:A finished set, culled on the spot. No blinks, no doubles, no fifty-frame dump for them to sort through. Every photo carries their name, so they can find themselves a year from now.

    When do the photos arrive?

    Ours:In their inbox before they're back at their booth. Under a minute from their last frame, median, on every event we measured this season. We measure it on every job.

    Are the photos finished, or is editing extra?

    Ours:Finished in camera. The lighting does the work, so nobody needs retouching. What you see on this site is what your guests get, not a portfolio pick.

    What does the guest actually see?

    Ours:A gallery and an email with your logo on them. Every screen is yours, not a default template with somebody else's name on it.

    Can I see a complete gallery from a real event, not a portfolio?

    Ours:Yes. Ask, and we'll send a live event gallery, with that client's blessing. If a vendor can't show you one, that's your answer.

  6. 06

    What happens to the photos afterward?

    Ours:They live in your archive, searchable by name, downloadable by anyone you hand the link to, for as long as you want them. The person who signed gets a delivery recap: who was photographed, how fast it landed, how many opened it.
