Asked and answered
01How far ahead should we book a holiday party photo booth?
December Saturdays go first, usually by early November, and the second and third weekends of December go before the first. We hold a date the day you ask. If your party is a weeknight or in January, there is more room, and the venue probably cost less too.
02Can the backdrop match our theme?
Yes. Ugly sweater, winter wonderland, black tie, a Vegas casino night: the library has 80+ backdrops and we print custom ones with your logo or your theme. Browse the backdrop picker, shortlist three, and send them with your date.
03Do you do prints at the party?
We do. Add 4x6 prints for $200 or 5x7 prints for $300, printed on site while the party rolls, with your logo or the event name on the print if you want it. Every guest also gets instant digital delivery and a hosted gallery with high-res downloads the next day.
04We have offices in more than one city. Can you do them all?
Yes, and on the same night if the calendar demands it. We run local crews in San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, and we fly a crew to anywhere else. Same booth, same lighting, same photos, so the galleries match when they land in the all-hands deck.
05Does it work in a restaurant or a small venue?
A ten by ten corner and a standard outlet is enough. We have set up in restaurant back rooms, breweries, lobbies and conference rooms. Send a photo of the spot and we will tell you where the booth goes.
06Can you AI-style the holiday photos?
For $400 a day we AI-style the whole gallery: faces and likenesses stay completely real while the scene goes wherever you want. Snow globe, ski lodge, a 1980s holiday card, your brand world. Guests take home the styled set, the originals, or both.
07What happens to the photos afterwards?
Guests get their own photos on their phones at the party and a hosted gallery the next day. Nothing is posted anywhere by us, and the phone numbers guests type in are used once, to send the photo.
