San Francisco is where the two dudes started, and the Bay is still home base. We run office headshot days from SOMA and the Financial District to Oakland, San Jose, and the whole Peninsula, with our own studio sitting in Walnut Creek. Same rates everywhere in the region, no travel fees, no surprises.

Best for SF, Oakland, San Jose, Peninsula, East Bay offices.

Bay Area days book at the standard rates: $1,200 an hour at the four-hour minimum, $7,600 flat for a full day.

01What does an office headshot day cost?

$1,200 an hour at the four-hour minimum, $1,050 an hour for five to seven hours, or $7,600 flat for a full 8 to 10 hour day. Each team clears 12 to 20 people an hour, and extra teams run the same hours at 10% off. The minimum covers travel, setup, and breakdown, so the number you see is the number you pay.

02How many people can you photograph in a day?

One team comfortably clears 12 to 20 people an hour, so a full day runs 120 to 200 headshots without anyone feeling rushed. Bigger office? Stack teams: four teams can move through 800 people in a single day. Twenty years of headshot days have made us very good at this math.

03Do you retouch office headshots?

Nobody needs retouching here. Our lighting does the work, so the natural, unretouched look is the default and your team always looks like your team. Want extra gloss anyway? Add AI Retouching for $300 flat for the day: skin smoothing and blemish removal, applied live with zero waiting.

04Where do you shoot office headshots?

Home turf is the SF Bay Area, LA / Orange County, and Las Vegas, with local teams and travel included in all three regions. Outside those? We travel anywhere, just ask for a custom quote. Individuals and small groups can also book our Walnut Creek studio from $300.

05How do you keep headshots consistent across sessions?

Same light, same backdrop, same finish, every visit. We document your setup so a new hire photographed next quarter matches the team page shot last year. That's the whole point of a standing cadence, and why companies keep us on one.
