The lounge
you sell.
We run.
A headshot lounge is the rare sponsorship that needs no overselling: real attendee value, a line that never quits, and your sponsor's name on every delivery. You put it on the floor plan and set the price. We handle the rest.

Why sponsorship sales loves it

Floors we already work.
Home crews in the three biggest show metros, with the venue miles to prove it. If your floor is on this map, we are already local:
- San Francisco
Moscone and Fort Mason floors: Microsoft Ignite, Stripe Sessions, RSA, GitHub Universe, Data + AI Summit.
- Las Vegas
IMEX America and sales kickoffs at Mandalay Bay, Kinexions at the Cosmopolitan, the Anti-Booth at the Fontainebleau.
- Los Angeles + Anaheim
Atlassian Team at Anaheim Convention Center: four days, up to six teams, one very long line.

Asked and answered
01How does the sponsorship actually work?
You sell the lounge as inventory, the way you sell a lanyard or a party. We show up as the sponsor's activation: their branding, our crew, your happy attendees. Contract through the show or direct with the sponsor, whichever your paperwork prefers.
02What does the sponsor get?
The busiest line on the floor with their name on it. Branding on the set, the signup form, the live slideshow, the gallery, and the delivery email, plus an opt-in lead file of everyone who sat for a portrait.
03What do attendees get?
A studio-quality headshot on their phone before they are back on the floor. No retouching needed, no watermark, no strings. It is the perk they mention in the post-show survey.
04How much traffic does it pull?
Each team clears about 30 guests an hour, 300 a day. Stack up to six teams and the whole show goes home with a new headshot; bigger floors are a phone call.
05What does the show provide?
A 10 by 20 footprint (10 by 10 in a pinch), standard power on a 20A circuit, WiFi, and two highboy tables. We bring literally everything else.
06Who staffs it?
Three pros per team: a photographer, a digital tech, and a stylist running posing and the guest experience. Our crews live in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, and travel anywhere on an all-in rate.
07What does it cost the show?
Same all-in rates as our Headshot Booth, from $11,500 a team-day with travel and expenses included in the US and Canada. What you charge your sponsor is your call, and most shows like that math.
08Can we run it across a season?
Yes. Multi-show programs are our favorite kind: one contract, one look, and a locally priced crew in every metro on your calendar.
